- MTMaura ThomsonSep 28, 20261.0I like American Eagle and Aerie clothes but going in there this weekend the dressing rooms are filthy! They look like they haven't been cleaned since the store opened. Massive amount of dust and grossness all over the floors and walls. I didn't want to take my shoes off to get the pants on which means I walked out without a purchase.
- NNNigoraSep 18, 20261.0The workers were ignorant and not well mannered. And the customer service was beyond bad.
- CSCraig StevensJul 6, 20265.0I heard that Laila J is no longer working at this location, and it is so disappointing! My daughter found the perfect outfit for the beach last summer with the help of Laila’s J fashionista expertise.
- SSShrita SmithMay 12, 20261.0I visited the store today and will not be back to this mall. It appears they may be struggling to find suitable employees. The staff's behavior was unacceptable. I returned my full purchase from online and shopped at another store at Montgomery Mall.
- CCChristinaJun 4, 20215.0The staff at this store is beyond helpful and kind! I went in one day last week with so many returns, issues and questions and they were all so gracious, patient and helpful! The ladies there went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for and resolve all my questions. It was such a refreshing shopping/retail experience.
