Dealing with a loss in the family, wanting to find clothes to look presentable. As a big guy, finding clothes that fit right has always been a struggle. She made the process super easy. And helped me with any bigger/smaller sizes I needed. Sometimes people just need to know that you care. She puts that into every customer. It wasnt just me. I heard and seen her interact with others while I was browsing. A very very very good asset to the company.
