  This Windsor location has the most helpful staff! I was looking to purchase their “Bow Steals the Show” Satin Arm Wrap as an addition to my daughter’s senior prom gown. I initially found it online, but I was concerned about the shipping process taking too long. I went into the store to see if they had any in stock. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the visiting Store Manager, Liz. I was then greeted by the Assistant Store Manager, Eciphani, who then helped me locate the item that I was in search of. Both Managers were extremely kind, helpful, and very professional! The arm wrap complimented the gown perfectly! 10/10 service and product!

  I would like to thank ASM- E’ciphani for her help at lv mall she was so kind and patient and hopefully found the size I needed at a different location (need to go tomorrow) but she was very helpful. Great customer service. Thank you.

  Surprised at my experience in store. Associate refused to let me use my birthday discount on all the items I picked out she said for select items only? Also she refused to honor my discount so I had to spend 10 minutes to find the email. My ID with my birthday should have been enough! Not happy about that!
