    I had really high hopes for this store after purchasing our wedding bands, a necklace, and a watch from them over the course of about two months. Throughout the buying process, the service was great, which made what happened afterward especially disappointing. My husband’s wedding band was noticeably loose when we received it. We mentioned this before the wedding and were told that we could simply come back after the wedding and have it resized. What was not explained to us was that resizing it within the first six months would come with a 50% restocking fee, or that we would have to wait six months to have it done at no cost. As two people who had JUST gotten married and were excited to finally wear our wedding rings, it was incredibly disappointing to learn that our options were either to spend significantly more money to get the fit right or wait six months to have a ring we paid a lot of money for properly sized. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. If the policies and fees had been clearly explained when we raised the sizing concern, we could have made an informed decision. Instead, we were told it would be no problem to come back after the wedding, only to find out there were significant conditions that hadn’t been mentioned. Unfortunately, our experience has made it feel like the customer service is great when you’re making a purchase, but not so great when you actually have an issue afterward. That’s not customer service, that’s just sales. I would recommend going elsewhere, especially for something as meaningful and expensive as a wedding ring.

    Honestly incredibly disappointed. They initially were great to work with and my wife and I were incredibly excited to have a place we'd go back for quite some time as we lived 5 mins away. Unfortunately that won't be the case. We bought my wedding ring after spending nearly $8K in a month at the shop, and the day I picked it up - it was far too big. We were told "if we exchange it now it likely won't make it for the wedding so stop back after the wedding and we'll take care of it". Well I stop back after and they now say they will not exchange until the 6 month mark. While yes I signed off on the receipt, I could not have been misled more. Especially when I was told to stop in after the wedding. They were the ones who sized me incorrectly and won't take responsibility. Don't even have a ring to wear on my honeymoon now aside from the giant silicone one that came with it. I really enjoyed taking my business here initially but now will be looking for a new jeweler to work with going forward.
