  I purchased a diamond from Big Diamond and the entire experience was exceptional. I knew the specifications of the diamond that were important to me and Ron was able to secure several options that where exactly what I was looking for. Importantly, I shopped around other local jewelers and Big Diamond's price was significantly better than all others. I have been a customer of Big Diamond for many years and Ron's expertise and exceptional service make this my go to place. I highly recommend.

  If I could give Ron ten stars, instead of five, I would. He would truly deserve it. I found my 16 year engagement ring to have lost a diamond and received an estimate to get it fixed elsewhere. They said it lost two prongs and needed the diamond replaced. I then brought it to Ron's Big Diamond Importer & Fine Jewelry for an estimate. He had many wonderful highly rated reviews and I wanted to try him out for an estimate as well. He informed me four prongs were needed, with the replacement of the missing diamond, and verified with proof of taking the time to show me under a microscope. He is exceedingly professional, precise and pleasant to be around. If I need anything done in the future, I would 100% go back to Ron and highly recommend everyone else to do the same!

  My fiancé and I got our wedding bands from here and we couldn’t be happier! Ron was very insightful and helpful which made the process super easy. He even polished her engagement ring while we were there which was very nice. Overall just a great experience!

  I came in completely overwhelmed after realizing my detailed eternity wedding band (twisted with pavé diamonds) no longer fit. I truly didn’t think resizing it, while keeping the eternity style, would even be possible. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly caring. He greeted me warmly, sat down with me, and reassured me they could make it work. He listened to my concerns and confidently explained the process, which immediately put me at ease. They resized my ring flawlessly. I can’t tell where it was adjusted. It looks exactly the same, just perfect on my hand. I was expecting to spend thousands, but they worked with me to make it beautiful and affordable. This is the only jeweler I trust in Pennsylvania. Exceptional quality, unmatched craftsmanship, and true integrity.
