I am very upset…we buy jeans from American Eagle all the time and have been since 1986. On Monday when my daughter went to put on her new outfit for her 1st day of school, the zipper broke on her jeans. Instant catastrophe! A 16 year olds fit on her first day is EVERYTHING. Well the zipper was broken. On a brand. New. Pair. Of jeans. Come on AE. Do better. Then, when I took the pair of jeans back and asked to speak to a manager she said “that’s too bad isn’t it?” In a very condescending way…it’s too bad I won’t be shopping here anymore because I have been a loyal customer for years. But when a manager refuses to even speak to me to fix the problem. That’s an issue.

Extremely rude young girls working here! Asked for help finding a size and they acted bothered I asked! Telling me what I see is what they have! Waited like 10minutes at the dressing room, while they helped another girl “find” her size holding up the dressing room as I stood there waiting! Long story short, I walked out and put the pile of clothes I intended to purchase down! I’ll just go to the mall! This store definitely needs to have some training on CSR!

AE is my favorite store but I hardly go to a physical store anymore. I missed that, so I went back and I could not have missed this more. What a concept, go clothes shopping and take full advantage of actual service including the dressing room with someone looking for more sizes and matching items with you... for you... it's not overrated. It was fun, old school fun and I'd like more of this again. Where's all the malls, where are all the clothing stores? Why would we stop going there? I need more stores in my life, clothing stores to be specific. I'm not a fan of buying clothes next to my paper towels or other stuff that isn't clothing. Not online where I'm the only shopper in the store without a try-on option, no service besides chat that never understands what I'm saying. I'll be back for more fun experiences for sure. Totally missed this in my life. I also had excellent service at this location. Highly recommend to go shopping today. Still my favorite!
