  I had an excellent experience at Ralph Lauren thanks to Mahmoud. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered great recommendations without being pushy, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. His outstanding customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Mahmoud, for the exceptional service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I always have an exceptional experience shopping here. Whether I’m buying in-store or over the phone, the process is simple and frictionless. The in-store experience is always clean and organized. The clothing is modern and high-quality. Prices are usually better than non-factory stores. The staff always takes care of me especially Tonya and Dream Blac. This location has my highest recommendation.

  I visited this location in November and had the worst experience of my life. The staff member who checked me out was the most unprofessional and rude I’ve ever encountered at any store. She showed no regard for my presence, even ignoring the plastic security tag on my purchase. When I went to another store, they alerted me that Polo had forgotten to remove the tag, forcing me to return and ask her to take it off. She didn’t even bother to apologize for her mistake. It’s disappointing, especially considering Polo's reputation as a prestigious brand. Clearly, staff training is needed to uphold the brand’s standards.

  Google needs to update the hours, but the people were nice when I showed up. Registers were shut down but good people at both stores.
