  Uncomfortable and Unsanitary Shopping Experience I visited the Lululemon in Tannersville and walked out before finishing my shopping experience. My pan was taken take advantage of the American Express promotion because I usually shop at Fabletics but there's no partnership -YET!!!! A large Rottweiler mix was inside the store, muzzled, and rubbing right in the merchandise, nestled into the clothing with its body rubbing against items customers were browsing and attempting to purchase...The dog wasn't identified as a service animal, and its size and position blocked access to the aisles for sweatshirts, so shoppers had to either squeeze past it or skip those sections entirely. Very frightening.. especially When I raised the issue with management, I was told the store has no rule about dogs, even when a dog is making customers uncomfortable. That response was dismissive and showed no concern for the people actually shopping there. A muzzled dog of that size in a crowded retail space is going to make a lot of people uneasy, and nobody paying premium prices should have to wonder whether the leggings they're holding were just used as a dog bed. I left without buying what I came for ... Lululemon charges top dollar and markets itself as a premium experience, but this location clearly doesn't prioritize cleanliness, accessibility, or customer comfort. Until management takes this seriously, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

  A lot of staff in the store to assist. Each one was so nice and helpful! I got the cutest fanny pack for a decent price, too.

  Great store, but too many check-ins The options at this Lululemon location were amazing — so much to choose from, and I ended up buying quite a few things! The only issue was being asked more than eight times if I was finding everything okay. I appreciate great customer service, but it started to feel a little uncomfortable. Maybe the team could communicate better so each guest isn’t approached too many times. Other than that, great experience overall.

  Very lovely experience at the Lulu outlet. We were assisted by a nice female the other day. She was very patient and kind. It was so nice because everything in the store is online. They also honor healthcare workers and military discounts.
