  I wish I could give a negative score！This is my first time coming to this store, and it's the worst one I've ever been to! Everyone should stay away. It's like paying extra to feel bad! I felt extremely awful! My account clearly had rewards, but the cashier called the manager over, who looked at my account and wouldn't let me use them! Every staff member had a very bad attitude, speaking loudly and treating customers rudely! And they were even racially discriminatory! Right now, I really want to call the police! As a loyal customer, I'm very angry to receive such unfair treatment for the first time! They even deliberately gave me the wrong complaint number. In the end, I had to look it up on Google myself! Don't forget that it's because of us (customers) that they exist here! I've already complained to the headquarters, and they told me that I definitely have the right to use my rewards at any time! I've sent a formal complaint email, and they will give me a reasonable explanation. I checked the reviews of this store, and it seems that I'm not the only one who feels this way. This store's service attitude should have gone out of business long ago!

  I had a great experience here! The staff was so welcoming and helped me with anything I needed! I overheard a customer being rude to one of the staff members and I thought they handled it really well (I’m also a retail worker so I understand how difficult it can be) !! Overall it was great!!
