I am writing to formally express my disappointment and disgust regarding the treatment my husband received from your Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania location surrounding my 20th wedding anniversary on May 13th.
My husband was attempting to surprise me with 20 chocolate-covered strawberries for our anniversary. Prior to placing the order, he spoke with a manager at the Stroudsburg location who explained that the store normally does not deliver to our area, but stated he would make an exception and instructed my husband to call back closer to the date.
When my husband called back, he spoke with the supervisor on duty Matt , who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The supervisor immediately stated, “We don’t do that. We would never do that.” When my husband explained that he had already spoken with Nate, the response he received was absolutely unacceptable. The supervisor stated, “I don’t care who told you that — God could’ve told you that — we’re not delivering it.”
Not only was this disrespectful to my husband as a customer, but I am personally insulted and disgusted that your employee chose to use the name of God in such a careless and offensive manner during a customer interaction. That statement crossed the line of professionalism and basic human decency.
Because of this interaction, what was meant to be a beautiful anniversary surprise was completely ruined. My husband became so upset by the disrespect that he had no choice but to tell me about the surprise that was no longer going to happen.
I have already reached out to corporate because I believe this behavior should be addressed seriously. No customer should ever be spoken to in this manner, especially when they were simply trying to celebrate a meaningful occasion.
Due to this experience, I will never shop at this location again, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone else.
I sincerely hope this matter is investigated and addressed appropriately so no other customer experiences this level of disrespect.

P.S. I noticed that response at the bottom. Matt was the supervisor/Owner who was on duty the day we called to order . We have ordered from your establishment in the past it would’ve been under My Husband‘s name, but you do not have to worry about that ever again.I would never call you to discuss anything because You was the one who used the Lord’s name in vain.Any communication needs to come from corporate or from the owner. If you are the owner, shame on you.

Feeling disappointed with the service. I placed an order for my mother's 70th birthday. Delivery came so late in the day, that she already left the location where it was supposed to be delivered. A offer to deliver it to her house so she couldn't even enjoy with her friends.

Very disappointing experience.
My kids and I became sick after eating the fruit, and my children even threw up. Instead of taking accountability, the person I spoke with asked what I ate for dinner & tried to blame something else than addressing the quality of the fruit.
He also tried to make my experience about the fact that no one called after with the same issue the following day , when the real issue is that the fruit was not fresh and made my family sick. Online, the company states 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but that was absolutely not the case here.
I requested a full refund, especially since I was willing to return what was left in the basket to show the condition of the fruit. Instead, they refused and only wanted to offer a partial refund, even though this was my children’s birthday gift ordered by a family member. We’ve used Edible Arrangements many times before and have never had an issue like this.
This situation was handled poorly, and the lack of accountability on their end was extremely disappointing.
