  My experience was extremely disappointing, I spoke with Matt paid for same day delivery for someone’s birthday, it wasn’t delivered until the next day to the wrong address, thankfully the neighbor came back from work to find the fruit sitting on his porch. Obviously this company doesn’t know how to run a business let alone keep their customers happy. Find another place to order from don’t chance with this one . Horrible service

  I have to say my experience with this place has been amazing. The gentleman that took the order that I ordered and wanted it delivered the same day stuck to his word and was very professional on the phone. I happened to watch and listen to the delivery being made via ring door bell. The delivery person was super nice and wished my wife and I a happy anniversary with a big smile on his face. For a short notice of the order placement and getting it delivered when they promised this place rocks! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. The fruit platter o m g is delicious and fresh fruit. I gave them 5 stars because that’s as high as I can rate them but they deserve at least 10 stars. Thank you for your professional service.   After having some difficulties ordering the Berry Chocolate bouquet online my wife and I decided to go in-person to the store located in Stroudsburg, PA. We were welcomed by the owner Matt who was helpful and friendly. I showed him on my phone what I wanted to order and it was just that simple. Placed the order on Thursday before closing for a Saturday noon pickup. Picked it up on Saturday from his son and his wife Cindy who knew it was for my two son's graduation party. As you can see from my pictures it was absolutely perfect. It was displayed on the desert table and you could not keep 45 guests away from both taking pictures and then eating with amazement.   I am writing to formally express my disappointment and disgust regarding the treatment my husband received from your Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania location surrounding my 20th wedding anniversary on May 13th. My husband was attempting to surprise me with 20 chocolate-covered strawberries for our anniversary. Prior to placing the order, he spoke with a manager at the Stroudsburg location who explained that the store normally does not deliver to our area, but stated he would make an exception and instructed my husband to call back closer to the date. When my husband called back, he spoke with the supervisor on duty Matt , who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The supervisor immediately stated, “We don’t do that. We would never do that.” When my husband explained that he had already spoken with Nate, the response he received was absolutely unacceptable. The supervisor stated, “I don’t care who told you that — God could’ve told you that — we’re not delivering it.” Not only was this disrespectful to my husband as a customer, but I am personally insulted and disgusted that your employee chose to use the name of God in such a careless and offensive manner during a customer interaction. That statement crossed the line of professionalism and basic human decency. Because of this interaction, what was meant to be a beautiful anniversary surprise was completely ruined. My husband became so upset by the disrespect that he had no choice but to tell me about the surprise that was no longer going to happen. I have already reached out to corporate because I believe this behavior should be addressed seriously. No customer should ever be spoken to in this manner, especially when they were simply trying to celebrate a meaningful occasion. Due to this experience, I will never shop at this location again, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone else. I sincerely hope this matter is investigated and addressed appropriately so no other customer experiences this level of disrespect. Sincerely, Kaisha. P.S. I noticed that response at the bottom. Matt was the supervisor/Owner who was on duty the day we called to order . We have ordered from your establishment in the past it would’ve been under My Husband‘s name, but you do not have to worry about that ever again.I would never call you to discuss anything because You was the one who used the Lord’s name in vain.Any communication needs to come from corporate or from the owner. If you are the owner, shame on you.

  Feeling disappointed with the service. I placed an order for my mother's 70th birthday. Delivery came so late in the day, that she already left the location where it was supposed to be delivered. A offer to deliver it to her house so she couldn't even enjoy with her friends.
