- PLPhu Ly4 days ago5.0My daughter and I had a great morning for their Nee Doh mega release. The staff was friendly, patient and helpful. They also had lots of Lego sets and Jellycat. Will definitely visit any time I am in town.

They hung up on me when I called to ask a question then when I was there they were talking rudely about customers and hanging up on people on the phone when they would call the store. Particular the lady with gray hair was being LOUD while talking crap about people. If I was the owners, I would really look into the staff as I couldn’t believe how they act towards customers.

I live in Virginia and they are in State College, PA. I didn’t care about shipping costs. I wanted the basket and was happy to support an independent store. The basket came. I never really examined it and gave it to my daughter. It was too late for the summer pool season so she packed it away. When she took it out, she noticed a crack below the handle. I took a chance and reached out to the store. They were wonderful in helping me. After a few emails and calls, they sent me a new basket. They didn’t have to do that as 6+ months had gone by. I can’t say enough about how polite they were. The customer service they showed is rare today. I will continue to buy from them for my granddaughter. Small businesses need support. They truly care about doing right by the customer. Thank you!!
