Drove to State College today to get a gift card, staff knew nothing about gift cards and they were unable to contact manager/owner because he did not have phone service. Asked staff to attempt to call him and they said they couldn't . Poor customer service. We will have one disappointed friend because of your lack of customer service.

And their name... then they call to tell them it was wrong and seemingly the same girl as in previous reviews, very slow and unprofessional. And rude. It’s a simple job. Looks bad on you to do it wrong.

I went in to the store to speak with them and they immediately credited my friends account. I asked them to stop by and pick up the gift so that they could see for themselves and figure out what happened. When they offered, I asked them NOT to bring me another arrangement, only some fruit so that I would know what their usual standard is. They sent me a beautiful arrangement. All the fruit was excellent. That is a pretty stand-up group when they go those extra steps for the customer.
