  I went to the location in the Springfield. Mall and thank goodness Gabby was there to help me. I told her I was colorblind and she helped me every step of the way. She explained what colors where in every shirt I asked about and went above and beyond to find pants that matched and fit. I felt like a pain in the you know what(lol),but she was friendly, kind, and very professional. I will definitely be going back to that location every time and asking for Gabby’s assistance.   McKyla was amazing, she was nice, she understood what I needed, and was very knowledgeable about the store and its inventory. She helped me find what I needed and even gave me some tips which made deciding so much easier. Furthermore, I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with everything I needed. I can’t recommend this Express location enough and especially McKyla for helping me so much!

  I arrived at express with very little time to spare and no idea of what I was interested in purchasing. I looked around the room and immediately felt overwhelmed by all the items of clothing, styles and displays. In the midst of my observation, I was approached and greeted by Julian. He immediately inquired about my purpose for the visit and upon learning more details about the event and my vision, he curated and provided several outfits. He was patient and showed a level of professionalism that I haven’t encountered in years. There are several express locations that are closer to my home. By happenstance, I was in the Springfield area and stopped by the store. I can say with confidence that I will only return to Express in Springfield for the forceable future. In 2026 it’s amazing to know that there are still professional, hands on and intimate sales and interactions. Some Americans still covet a personal and intimate process when bartering or purchasing products. Julian made my experience unforgettable and I’m sure I’m not the first and won’t be the last. Express regional leadership, please take note and celebrate this young man! This is what your company needs in this era to stay on top! Do the things that other companies aren’t.

  Julian and McKayla were the most helpful and sweetest workers and helped me with anything I needed, every time i go in there all of the workers are so amazing and helpful
