  I went into DXL last minute looking for a dress shirt for my sister’s wedding and expected the usual stressful shopping experience. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I believe the gentleman helping me was Brian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. Super professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. The dress shirts I originally picked out were pinned together, so instead of just guessing my size, he had me try on another shirt to make sure everything fit correctly — breathable around the neck, enough room to move, sleeves long enough for my arms, the whole deal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I looked good and felt comfortable, not just making a sale. Then he got me set up on the EyeFit scan machine, which apparently now knows every measurement on my body better than I do. Neck, chest, waist, wrists, legs… I’m pretty sure DXL could identify me faster than the FBI at this point. The funny part is he had such good taste and style that the shirt he grabbed for sizing ended up looking so good I bought that one too. So I came in for one emergency wedding shirt and somehow left with two shirts, all my measurements digitally stored for eternity, and a free pair of boxers. Honestly, outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at DXL for making the process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.

  Went in today and worked with Tiara. The fitform system they have to get specific measurements is terrific. Kinda freaked me out at first cuz i'm like, "I gotta strip? In front of a camera?" Than I realize, I'm just concerned that I in fact, need to be there and i'm just self conscious. Wasn't really a camera so to speak, just something to analyze my body to the roll. She was terrific. Gave great style choices and could explain different blues to me. I'm looking at blue, apparently theirs more than one, thankful someone notices. Her knowledge of the store was great as well. Found out what I needed and where to take me. Now, the back corner with the underwear got me shaken a bit. Think I made a joke about it? Small, spooky back corner? She's got a hook to take clothes down and I'm wondering if I'm gonna be abducted? Great store, got everything I needed. Will be returning again.

  Always clean and pretty well stocked. The workers they have are great BUT I think only having one employee at the store is not safe for the employees and not convenient for the customers. Not the employees fault but a very poor decision by the company.
