She proceeds to grab her phone and scroll despite having two customers in line after finishing a sale with me having to creep towards the register for acknowledgment. I had to make a return, but was told that she had no way of knowing if the sizes were in the store so that I would have to take the boxes with me and go look around the store for the style and see if they had a replacement. Is it crazy that I expect a store to be able to look up an item and see if they have them available? I was happy to be patient, but I was not about to walk through an entire DSW store without knowing if the shoe sizes were available. Perhaps she wanted to get rid of the line so she could continue scrolling on her phone. #america
