  10/10 i will be flying in to pittsburgh to go to these guys! sasha was amazing and so was elisa. i went wanting to learn as well as buy and i got the full experience with these two which made my visit amazing. walked out with a beautiful watch. thank you!

  Orr’s Jewelers is absolutely the place to go for both jewelry and watches. Leslie, Paul, and Aliza were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. They have helped me select the perfect gifts for multiple family members, secure several very special timepieces, and in an astonishing feat, expert Rolex-certified service team brought my mother’s 1980s Rolex back to life. Every interaction with their team has been seamless, thoughtful and "no pressure" from start to finish. Even if you're just browsing, I can guarantee you will have a wonderful experience.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Paul at Orr’s Jewelers in Sewickley. From start to finish, he was incredible—always quick to respond to my texts, and consistently took the time to talk with me whenever I stopped in (even when I was probably “bothering” him!). What really stood out was how attentive and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable, answered every question, and guided me through everything with transparency. Thanks to Paul, my first new Rolex purchase was not just a transaction, but a truly memorable experience. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Paul enough. Thank you for making my 40th a special one!

  My experience with Orr's in Sewickley began with an email about availability of a specific Rolex model. Sasha's response was prompt, friendly, and informative. Based on the email, I decided to make the 90 minute drive to meet in person and try on the model. Upon entering the store I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome. Sasha was amazing! I have shopped and purchased Rolex since 2008, and I have never had a more knowledgeable sales consultant. I was treated to an excellent presentation of the Explorer 1, and shown the differences between it and my OP. I felt Sasha genuinely cared and wanted me to be happy with my choice. She was equally great with my wife and daughter when showing them Tudor watches and beautiful earrings. Even though I didn't get to leave with an Explorer, I will look forward to the day when I "get the call" and drive back to Orr's and get to give my Explorer it's forever home! Thank you Sasha!
