  I was in the store yesterday 11/15/2025. It's not our first time at this location. We have never had any previous issues even when ordering online. I purchased a dress first. Then purchased shoes and jewelry. The store associate Rachelle who charges me up for my 2nd purchase did not want to give me a bag. She wanted for me to put the shoes and jewelry in the same bag with the dress🤔perhaps they were short on bags. I asked for a small bag pretty much had to ask twice. I got home which is not anywhere near the mall. The alarm was never taken off the dress yet didn't ring when we left the store. We had to drive all the way back to the mall. The event the dress was bought for started at 4. I purchased the dress at 1:22 pm. I go back to the store we walk in and the alarm goes off. Interesting as it didn't ring when we left the store. I asked for a manager the same younger lady who didn't want to give me a bag earlier states the manager has left she is the assistant manager I explained to her the situation she says the person who rung me up has left but she will talk to her about it and when I ask for her name she said she wasn't going to give me her name yet she claims to be the assistant manager. I had her name on my receipt anyway from earlier. I'm already annoyed with her from earlier takes no responsibility. As a manager or assistant manager your job is to take accountability. The young lady Amelia who did take accountability who was super nice should be the manager or assistant manager she handled the situation not to my satisfaction but at least she tried which is more than I can say for Rachelle. This isn't a well known or popular global chain so I'm not surprised at all.

  good clothes for good prices, but the employees always have a terrible attitude towards customers and tend to follow people around

  Jillina was so so helpful! I came in on a whim after having a very bad experience shopping for a gown in macy's and she literally turned my day around. She took the time to listen to my concerns and help me pick dresses based off of them and I can confidently say I left Windsor with the *perfect* dress. Thank you so much everyone!

  After weeks of looking for the Perfect prom dress the The search has come to An End we have found the perfect prom dress, My daughter is extremely satisfied and so am I. A Very special Thank you To Store manager Jakiyas for helping us and ordering the beautiful dress, shoes, purse and accessories for my daughters big day, senior class of 2024 and let me not forget to mention it did not break My Bank. Thank you

  Today at 12 o’clock I went to go look for a prom dress. The manager was excellent. She helped me. She got me what I wanted. She was very helpful very professional. Very honest. She gave me a brand new dress that’s coming online. She shipped it to my house for free, amazing place five stars ASAP
