She didn't try to just make a sale which has been my experience at the kiosk stand in this mall. I'll never go to the stand in the middle of the mall again the manager out there just tells you what you want to hear and is overly loud. 10 stars! I feel like some of the bad reviews on here have to be aimed at the other location ? This is for the one inside MACYS. Actually going to get a pair today that's why I googled their hours
