  I keep receiving texts say thanks for my visit. I’m confused how when I don’t live in Scranton anymore. Definitely have not been to a dispensary in over two years. Someone explain?

  I can only speak about David. From the time I walked through the door, he was already waving me over. Once there he asked to see my card and before I knew it, he had my order rung up and I was out yhe door. He was calm, friendly, put on a show for theknowledge of where to find my accessory. All in all, hes s good cashier.

  My experience for the past 18 months with ascend has been nothing but fantastic. They are always friendly, excited to help and answer questions. When I was injured and couldn't stand in line, you just take a seat in the back, let someone know where you were in line, and they come you and take care of everything... I always know I'll be treated with smiling helpful employees. Awesome job guys! Looks like a great environment to work in.

  Very poor experience yesterday, 9/16/26 at around 5pm I came in to pick up a Live Resin Vape Cartridge and the dispensary associate, when he saw my order said, well what is live resin? I’ve never seen it before, is it a new product? And I didn’t not say anything, however if you are employed at a dispensary you should have some basic knowledge of products and your menu, to top that when he was ringing me out he said and I quote “ I hope I remember how to ring you out let me know if I didn’t do it right. This should not be anyone’s experience at a dispensary period. To say that in front of patients is not very comforting, to know that the associate really has no clue about what they are doing or selling should not be working in a dispensary setting.

  She was so happy, sweet, kind and very out going. Great personality 100% great customer service. She told me about all specials. I placed my order online. When I arrived apparently 2 items were gone off my order by the time I got there. So she helped me pick something else out. She told me all about it. It was a great choice she made. I was very happy to have met her. Shes a great asset to this company. Great personality.
