Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants. But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan
