  I haven’t been to the outlets in years and was pleasantly surprised by this Aerie location. I was looking for something specific and one of the associates, Mary Kate, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They’re also having a great clearance sale on swimsuits right now so I was very excited for that as well. As a side note, it’s essentially a normal Aerie location but I believe what AE/Aerie does now is that when things go on markdown they send them to the ‘outlet’ instead of having a ton of clearance in their ‘regular’ locations. I will definitely be back.

  The staff in the store are welcoming and helpful. I also signed up for the rewards and they have discounts often. I was there during a promotion and the summer line was coming out.

  I love their clothes and I have been a loyal Aerie fan for years! Today, I was disappointed when I was at the store around 2 o’clock in the afternoon wanting to buy two sweatshirts. Signs throughout the store said sweatshirts were 20% off. When they were full price at the register, I questioned it and the manager, Waverly, told me that those signs shouldn’t be up and no sweatshirts were on sale. Since it was the middle of the afternoon and the store hadn’t just opened, it’s disappointing that they didn’t honor the 20% off when they were the ones that left the signs up all day. I told the manager that she lost my business and she didn’t really seem to care. Disappointing! I think I will stick to making my purchases online.
