- KBKatie BeanSep 7, 20262.03+ years buying homecoming dresses here, never a bad experience until today. We took 2 trips into the store today totaling over 4 hours. We knew it would be busy and lines would be long, the first trip was over 2.5 hours and the staff was wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. Whoever the 2nd shift employees are need a lesson in customer service. They were rude, unprofessional, and made us as customers feel like an inconvenience. No one said thank you, please, or excuse me. I had a rack of clothes pushed into me and no apology offered, just a "I need to move this" as though my shopping was a problem to her. One employee wouldn't let my daughter and I have a conversation about what 6 dresses she should take into the dressing room, she insisted she immediately hand over the 2 extra in her hand - this was over AN HOUR before we even made it to the dressing room. I was not allowed to go into the dressing room to help my daughter zip up, tie, etc any dress, instead she had to leave the privacy of the dressing room partially exposed. I understand policy and I'm not upset they were upholding the dress limit, and I understand they were busy. But it's a busy time of year and they should also expect that, plus working in customer service you should not be treating customers like they're an inconvenience.
