He took the time to make the visit enjoyable, was incredibly patient, and demonstrated a deep knowledge of both the timepieces and the manufacturers we discussed. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about so many different watches. The overall experience was welcoming, professional, and memorable. We look forward to visiting the store again and working with Colin and the rest of the sales team.
