I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Luke (I believe that was his name!) for such an awesome experience yesterday! My boyfriend and I were both shopping for shoes, and he went above and beyond helping us. He must have laced up at least five pairs of shoes for EACH of us without hesitation! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gave us some really great advice without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He helped me place an order for a new pair of Vans to be shipped to my house, and my boyfriend ended up leaving with a pair that day! You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys helping people, and he absolutely made our shopping experience a great one. It's not every day you come across customer service like that anymore. He deserves some recognition for the effort and care he puts into his job. We'll definitely be back! Thank you again, Luke!!

Megan, the store manager & Luke are cool as hell! I love going in to check out frequent new lines, but the best part is usually talking to them! Thank you both, always excited to come back in!

Was in South Park Mall, vans store looking for apparel when I saw the two young girls that worked there were making fun of a gay man doing it while other customers were in there and everyone could see what was going on they thought it was funny they really should train their staff or should have enough morals, and respect from the parents not make fun of others very poor service will never shop there again……

Slim selection of shoes. No clearance or sale shoes. You have to ask an employee to try anything on, nothing is out, and they really seem like they don't want to help. There were a ton of customers and employees just hiding away front the shoes.
