Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe. The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!
