- ASAndrew SmithSep 26, 20265.0The staff was so personable and just seemed genuinely happy that I was there. It was a great experience shopping for LEGO.
- ETErik TrommSep 23, 20265.0This was my third or fourth trip in this Lego store. If only the customer service provided by the staff here could be transferred to other locations and companies the world would be a better place. Superb service and friendliness.
- EPErin PowersSep 7, 20265.0If you want to see what passionate and fun people who are great at their jobs look like, go to the store. Your kids will light up and have a great experience. Gregory was exceptionally phenomenal with my son and showing him a demo of how the new Pokemon smart block sets work. The entire store is filled with incredible people who LOVE what they do and it's clear with every interaction they have with customers.
- LWLisa WalkerSep 7, 20265.0Staff were all very helpful and courteous!
- JWJason WilliamsAug 1, 20265.05/5 Stars — Absolutely fantastic experience at the LEGO Store in Ross Park Mall! If you are a builder or collector, this location is an absolute gem. During our recent visit, Greg provided world-class service—he was energetic, incredibly welcoming, and went out of his way to make our time in the store memorable. One of the highlights of our visit was getting to chat with Greg about our LEGO Passport stamps from international LEGO Stores. It is always a treat to connect with a fellow fan who genuinely appreciates the hobby and loves swapping store-visiting stories from around the globe. A big shoutout to Lori, Matt, and Austin as well! The whole team created such a warm, enthusiastic atmosphere, answered our questions, and made us feel like valued members of the LEGO community. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
