- CLC LJun 15, 20262.0Had a most unpleasant experience at this Sunglass Hut. I hope the lady was just having a terrible day because she was extremely rude the entire interaction. Walked in to ask if they could repair a nose pad, to which I got a snarky response. Then I walked over to see what they were doing, they told me that made them “anxious” - I wasn’t even prying, just waiting patiently. So, I walked away. Then, I come to find out she replaced both nose pads instead of the one I asked and mentioned I still had the broken one on me. She said she threw out the other one (Ray Ban ones, so nicer quality than the shitty ones put on) and I asked her for it back so I can at least have the set and go to a different location another time to get these fixed properly. That she at least did and found, after more snark. Overall a horrible experience, which is not typical for every Sunglass Hut I’ve been to. Hope she finds a better job for her attitude. Would have done 1 star but don’t want the review removed…
