- JSJasna SadikovicDec 3, 20215.0I purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses at the airport location a couple of weeks ago, but didn’t have my coupon on me. The lady, I believe she was the manager, explained I can take the receipt to any of their locations and I’ll just be refunded the money. Well I went to the Robinson Town Center mall and the gentleman there first told me his machine was down and he couldn’t do it. When I came back a couple of days later, he fed me other nonsense about not having inventory and that I need to go back to the original place where I bought the sunglasses to get the coupon refund. I asked “how do I get through security without a ticket man?”. I was livid and told him he’s useless. I started calling all other locations and got Paulina on the phone at South Hills Village, who was absolutely wonderful. I explained the situation to her and even she wasn’t sure why the gentleman wouldn’t help me. She then handled the entire process over the phone because I paid for the sunglasses with a credit card. Debit cards can require a PIN to be entered sometimes so a physical card would be needed. And because I literally live almost an hour away from her location, she did me a solid by saving me a trip. If you’re going to buy sunglasses I highly recommend the airport and South Hills Village locations. Stay away from the guy in Robinson. He’s terrible.
