  We went there to tune up our bows and we got rude responses and said that they don’t have an archery tech when we were told a different story a week ago. Never again the older gentleman that was there gave an disrespectful look and attitude towards me and my boyfriend

  Rating this a two star because there was some decent service provided, but still rating low for gross incompetence and communication. I was in the market for a specific fishing reel. I had gone to the Washington PA location first, but they didn't have what I was looking for. They told me that the Robinson location did have it, and that after signing up for their text alerts and an online discount coupon that I could then order it for pick up in store. I tried ordering it through the website, but it kept resetting the page on me. I'm also not typically trusting of online inventory, so I called the Robinson location later that evening. I spoke to an employee (for privacy I won't name anyone), who took down the info of the reel, put me on hold, and went to check if they had it. When she returned, she confirmed that her manager said they had it in stock and that per my request, were able to hold it for me until tomorrow. She took my name and phone number and then double checked with, and put her manager on the phone with me to confirm if I could still use my 10% coupon. Great. Helpful, friendly, and able to put aside what I needed since the Robinson location is a few minutes shy of an hour drive for me. The next day I head up, walk to the front counter and give my info... and am told that they didn't hear about anything being put aside. I gave the name of who I spoke to and the clerk then went to ask the manager I spoke to who was also working that day. Turns out they don't have it. Never did. Inventory glitch or whatever. Normally that would be fine. But the attitude was just "sorry we're out, maybe try another location or get out online". This was going to be a gift, and time was of the essence for a fishing trip the next day. But the biggest gripe here is, why would you outright lie and say "yes we have it, we'll take your info and put it aside", even if it was a mistake of something, why not call the customer and let them know. 2 hours round trip driving and having to get a different reel from Walmart nearby really soured me on this business. Washington was helpful though.
