  We we’re looking for an engraving place and we could not locate anywhere near our area. We had to drive to the North Shore (we’re back behind the squirrel hill tunnels). I drove to their business during rush hour traffic. They had their own parking in front and Terry greeted me with a smile. He asked what I wanted and he gave suggestions. He said the turn around time was the next day. I left and then I realized I needed to know what time I should expect it. I needed to know cause the NFL Draft was going to jam up the area over the weekend!!! So, I went back and asked him. When he found out I drove quite a ways, he thought for a second and offered to do it right at that moment. I was surprised and ecstatic. He was so flexible and so kind to me. Support this business!!! 20/10!
