  This plato’s closet is absolutely horrible. I got a text 7 minutes after my drop off that they were done. They were very busy and there’s absolutely no way they went through my entire bag. The items on top were ruffled and everything else looked untouched. They bought none of my clothes because quote “we’re overstocked and your things aren’t clean.” That is complete bullshit. My bag was full of things with the tags still on them. They’ve never been worn, they’re absolutely clean, not a mark or wrinkle on them. I completely understand not taking my things because they’re overstocked, but they’re overstocked with old, worn out, and beat to hell clothes/shoes with ACTUAL DIRT on them. Multiple tshirts I looked at were faded beyond belief and I picked up a pair of shoes on the shelf with dirt in the soles. That’s disgusting but you want to tell me my things with tags on them aren’t clean enough for you.

  This was my first time at this store and it didn't disappoint! I loved that most of the items were from decent to really good brands and in a very good shape. I'm so excited to come back!
