  Saturday, May 9th I went to Ross Park Mall to return items at Nordstroms. An employee by the name ofJesron was TERRIFIC. He took the time to finish my transaction since another employee at a different register refused to take my returns. I asked to speak with a store manager who was disappointed in how I was treated and said that shouldn't have happened. To the Manager, thanks for your attention in this matter and Jesron, you took the time and patience to complete all that needed done and helped me with my other purchases. You are what customer service should be.

  The black lady that has the massive thing on her neck that works upstairs with the women's clothes/changing room is extremely rude and terrible at her job. We were waiting for close to 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from her that we needed help at the register. Instead of simply saying, "I'll be with you in a minute!" She acted like we weren't even there. When we finally did ask for help she was extremely rude and said with attitude, "We'll help you when we can , you can go to any register!" What a terrible attitude. Speaks poorly of how Nordstrom trains their employees.

  Barbara went absolutely above and beyond with her customer service! She is so wonderfully kind and patient. She was so helpful with her knowledge of designer shoes. Will absolutely be back to see her!

  We had such an incredible experience with Munira Dadkhah at Nordstrom that I felt compelled to share. We initially came in for something simple, just to find the right foundation for my grandmother. What unfolded was so much more. Munira took the time to truly see her, not just as a customer, but as a person. She was patient, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful in how she approached everything. Before we knew it, she had given my grandmother a full face of makeup, carefully explaining each step and making sure she felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. The way she cared for her was so genuine and kind that it brought my mother to tears. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings that level of warmth, skill, and humanity to their work. Munira created a moment we will never forget, and turned what could have been a quick errand into something really meaningful for our family. We are so grateful for her and will absolutely be coming back to see her again!
