  My wife and I stopped in for the first time yesterday. We are looking for wedding anniversary gifts for each other. I entered the store “on guard” for high pressure sales tactics but my prejudice was unfounded. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were consummate professionals and presented the requested items with ZERO PRESSURE! We are now on the waitlist for a watch and working on an anniversary band. So far the experience has been fantastic.

  I had a terrific experience purchasing a Datejust at Louis Anthony with Jeremy. Jeremy’s knowledge of luxury watches and of Rolex is impressive. He was attentive throughout the process, answered every question I had, and made the entire experience enjoyable and straightforward. When the watch arrived, he made the occasion feel genuinely special.   An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. Frannie made the process of purchasing and picking up my Rolex feel genuinely special. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout, while also being warm and authentic in every interaction. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure every detail of the experience felt seamless and personal. The level of service at Louis Anthony Jewelers is truly outstanding, and Frannie represents the very best of it. This was a memorable milestone for me, and I could not have imagined a better person or jeweler to share it with. I highly recommend Frannie and the entire team at Louis Anthony Jewelers.   These guys are absolutely top notch! As a passionate watch collector, I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a relationship with them. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoys what they do. Every visit feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with friends. That kind of experience isn’t always easy to find in luxury retail, but they do it better than anywhere else I’ve been. Jeremy is exceptional—his knowledge of Swiss watchmaking is second to none, and he’s always willing to take the time to answer questions and share his expertise. He’s an incredible resource, and I’d recommend him and the entire team to anyone looking for a great watch experience. This year they helped make two milestones even more special by getting me my dream Rolex Explorer II for my 30th birthday and a beautiful lavender Oyster Perpetual for my wife’s anniversary gift. Experiences like that are why I’m starting to think this is going to be my stop for every special occasion. 😉
