At least 3 different employees offered help. Ordered a fleece for me to be shipped to home cause size wasn't in stock. Clean and organized store.

We had a disaster in which a bridal shower gift we ordered online came in the wrong size and we only realized it an hour or so before the shower started. I called the store and Gavin was able to set aside the right size and helped us through the return process - crisis averted! Very helpful and friendly staff.

It is so nice to have a LL Bean store in Pittsburgh. It isn't a large store but enough of everything to keep you wanting to order through the catalog.

Ms. Claire and the staff at L.L Bean was so kind and so helpful! I was able to get a Boat and Tote today with the long handles and it is getting monogrammed and shipped to my home. She was so helpful and even gave me 10% off. I’m so excited to receive it and I’m so thankful for all them ring so kind. Thank you! 💜🙏
