  I went to Henne yesterday to get a new chain for a special cross necklace I found in Ireland. I met with Darlene Raiford in my pickleball clothes. She treated me with great kindness and patience. She brought me a drink and offered to clean my wedding rings which my husband bought at Henne; they look stunning, especially now! She patiently showed me many silver necklace designs and lengths and put them on me in front of a mirror until we found the perfect length and design. The customer service and attention to detail at Henne is above and beyond. There is no other jewelry store I know of that treats you with such kindness. Thank you Darlene! Rev. Victoria Wellstead

  Marla at Henne Jewelers was wonderful to work with! She was incredibly informative, never pushy, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt informed from start to finish. I was unsure of what I was looking for and she helped narrow down two pieces that were my style. I highly recommend asking for Marla if you’re shopping at Henne Jewelers!

  I sent my Bulova watch in for repair. It was not purchased at Henne, as I received the watch as a gift when we lived in another state, but given the Henne reputation, I thought this was a good place to take it. The clasp was loose and kept popping off, and I knew going in the part couldn't be repaired, it would need to be replaced. I did receive a properly repaired watch at the end, and the cost was not unreasonable, but the entire 6 week process was not what was expected or fully explained when the item was dropped off. They do not do on-site watch repair, the items get sent to Connecticut (!), where it sits for weeks in a queue for evaluation (though I already knew what was needed), at which point then the repair process can start, which adds additional weeks. Mine was a simple repair, but apparently movement repairs can take 3-4 months (!). There are local jewelers and watch repair places I would have taken my watch had I known what Henne's repair process would entail. Over six weeks to replace a clasp (in a different state, no less) with a non-OEM part is a bit bonkers, but once my watch was sent off, there wasn't much I could do to expedite the process.

  My fiancée and I have had the most wonderful experience finding my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Henne. We’ve had great experiences there over the years and decided to shop for engagement/wedding bands as well and I’m so glad that we did! They have been nothing but helpful when it came to our needs for expediting, changing, and modifying orders seamlessly. Our rings are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for. There’s a huge selection of both men’s and women’s rings. We also want to shout out to William for providing exceptional service. He helped us with our rings from start to finish and we totally loved our experience. He has such a passion for helping couples find the right rings and we very much recommend working with him if possible!

  My experience with Henne Jewelers was exceptional from start to finish. After my engagement ring was damaged, I filed a claim through my insurance company and was fortunate to work with Marla Kruth at Henne. Marla handled the appraisal process and coordination directly with the insurance company on my behalf. When it became clear that my original ring was damaged beyond repair, Marla took the time to carefully walk me through all my options. She explained the possibility of recreating the ring exactly as it had been, selecting a completely new ring, or designing something custom. At no point did I feel pressured. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right solution. Ultimately, I decided to use the diamonds from my original engagement ring to create a custom Jon Anderson design that was crafted right at Henne Jewelers. The finished ring exceeded my expectation. It perfectly captured what I was hoping for while giving new life to the stones that hold so much sentimental value. I also had my wedding band, which suffered similar damage, reset into a new band that complemented the new engagement ring. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Henne Jewelers, especially working with Marla Kruth and Jon Anderson. I recommend their services highly.
