Awful CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! I've been in CUSTOMER SERVICE for 40 years I've never had somebody literally not greet me the entire time when I was the only person in the entire store. Express play hire better!!

- BKBrandon KnowsNov 6, 20183.0This particular store isn't bad. The staff is moderately helpful. I went to replace a suit bottom (pant) and they no longer sell it. The cashier couldn't find anything close so she offered to look it up online. I get the impression she expected me to say no but I can't do much with a suit jacket and no pants! The pants ripped after wearing them maybe 5 times. The suit was roughly $300 so I can't complain too much but I didn't ask for a refund or anything along those lines. I wanted to pay full price for a pair of pants that matched. Never the less I ended up in Jos A Bank and found what I needed with a better quality suit. Albeit a more expensive one but if your going to spend $300, you might as well double it and get one that lasts and is tailored. I still really like the Express brand socks though! Keep up the 4 or 5 for $20 and I'll continue buying them.
