- LSLama Sadi5 days ago1.0Unacceptable Customer Service & Absolute Theft! I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a month now, but I'm completely getting ignored. I visited this location for a return, but a glitch in their store register system caused a $58.64 overcharge on my account. I first tried resolving this via their live chat, and the agent was incredibly rude and literally ended the chat in my face while I was still typing! I then followed up via email with full proof, receipts, and order numbers as instructed, but they completely ghosted me. Stealing from customers and having agents treat people with such disrespect is disgusting. I am currently traveling internationally and cannot call, and it feels like they are taking advantage of that. I'm still waiting for someone from management to look into my emails and fix this clear mistake. Absolutely disgraceful experience!
