- GKG KApr 21, 20231.0I’m honestly pretty upset about the experience I was given. I got out of work around 7:15, drove all the way in from Robinson, and when I got to the store before 8 I was told they were closing at 8 due to being short staffed and then the woman locked the door in my face. BEFORE 8. I drove half an hour to buy two suits and possibly a few dress shirts and potentially open a credit account so I could have an easier way to shop there. If I choose to continue shopping with Express, I’ll probably end up going to another location.
- TCThera ColbertSep 28, 20181.0I walked in last night & was not greeted or even acknowledged. Tried on a pair of bbn pants with a faulty censor so it stabbed me in my foot as I put the pants on. The man working the register said "oh my gosh, sorry". Didn't offer me a bandage, ask if I was ok or anything so I bought a pair of pants & bled in my uggs until I got home. HORRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
