The cashier ignored the return slip on my phone screen & made me tell her: my first & last name ... my phone number ... my email address ... my BIRTH DATE ... my HOME ADDRESS ... I reluctantly tell her all of this, bc I assume she needs it to pull up my order for some reason. Then she asked me for my freaking order number!! Why did I have to tell her all my personal information?? It will be a very long time before I order anything from AE again.

During my visit, I liked the selection of women's clothing and the employees' service. I had to wait in line at the checkout counter for a while, but the cashier accurately rang up my purchase. Later, when I wore the clothes, I did not like the fit of the shirt, but I did like the socks.
