  Really disappointed with my experience at Aerie. When I was checking out, I asked about a discount and the manager (assuming she was) was rude and not welcoming. She acted like she didn’t believe me and made me walk over and show her the discount myself. I felt bad for the cashier because she seemed new and was very nice, but the manager’s attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won’t be returning.

  Nearly everyone has always been very nice. But one employee in particular is most unpleasant and indeed offputting. She always wears a hat over her eyes, never makes eye contact or even greets you, and just manifests an overall lack of enthusiasm, not to mention wearing a hat screams unprofessionalism.

  Rude employee. Spent almost $200 and a regular customer and the girls that work there are completely rude. They don’t acknowledge you when they check you out they only make fun of their fellow coworker that came in from lunch. Associate/Cashier AM5547 should be fired. What she was saying about her fellow coworker around customers is disgusting. Horrible customer service. My transaction number is 2316
