I SAID DOESN’T THAT MEAN THEY’RE REAL!!! HIS RESPONSE WAS OH WELL I DON’T HAVE TO EXPLAIN THAT TO YOU, BUT YOUR DIAMONDS ARE FAKE!!! I TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT OF THE STORE!!! VERY RUDE!!! I WENT TO ANOTHER STORE BUCCI‘S JEWELER IN CONSHOHOCKEN THEY GAVE ME CASH FOR MY RING AND EVEN ALLOWED ME TO KEEP THE LARGE MIDDLE STONE!! However, he became very frustrated when I didn’t want to sell it but was simply asking for an assessment of its worth. He blamed me for him spending 30 to 40 minutes testing pieces without confirming that I wanted to sell them to him that day, even though he never asked. He lacked communication skills and then tried to make it my fault, becoming very agitated with me. I didn’t end up going back to him but got a second assessment, and the evaluation was approximately 40% higher than his.
