I had a repair that was needed on a bracelet that I believe was the first thing I purchased at Tiffany’s. It was my second 1837 collection bracelet bought years ago. Long story short. Aite waived the repair fee as a one time courtesy. The point of the story is I will tell people about the pleasant experience , as well as return to the store in the future , because of how my situation was handled. With patience , competence and knowledge.

I don't typically review retail stores, but I encountered a lovely young women at the Tiffany store on Walnut St. in Philadelphia named Danielle who was incredibly helpful. I was in to purchase a special gift for my mother but had no idea what I would get her and was very indecisive. She was patient, professional and charming and asked questions that truly helped me narrow down the choices to pick the perfect gift. Danielle is such an asset to this business and I am grateful for her assistance. And the best part - my mother in law truly loved her gift and said it was the perfect choice!
