On the other hand, when I was picking up my order, the male sales person does not even offered me to try the bracelet on, see how it fits. That is the first time I see it like that in the jewellery store.The whole impression is spoiled .

No service - no brand. It used to be “The Brand” that stayed behind its value. Now this value is way behind its name recognition. I guess the corporation does not train and or treat their teammates that they care.
