  After achieving a career milestone, I wanted to mark the occasion with something that I'll cherish for the rest of my life. So, I visited the 1916 Company on Walnut Street in Philadelphia and met with Natalie who guided me through the purchase process for a Rolex. The 1916 Company couldn't have a better steward of their collection! She is an incredible and talented person who treated me better than anyone could possibly ever want. The final experience after I got the call was exquisite and what you would expect when making such a special life purchase. Taylor, a Rolex liaison, Rich in repairs, and Dan in sales, were so kind and welcoming. Erik the manager made a special appearance to check on everything, which was truly appreciated. And, in the end, it was Natalie that brought it all together and made the moment for which me and my wife will never forget. My sincerest thanks to Natalie, Erik, and the whole 1916 Company team in Philadelphia for their amazing efforts! -R.H.

  I had a great experience my first time visiting the Philadelphia 1916 Company store. I went in to look at both Tudor and Rolex watches. I was warmly greeted by Lindsay. We discussed various watches and she explained all the features of each. The Rolex I wanted was not immediately available, but I am hoping it will be at some point and that Lindsay will be able to secure one for me. I purchased a Tudor watch and when I went to pick it up, Lindsay was not available that day, but Ian was kind enough to help fit the watch, register it and answer all of my questions. Both of them were both professional and helpful and I look forward to doing more business there in the future!

  I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 PM. I arrived on time, only to be left waiting on the sofa for over 40 minutes. Ultimately, I was simply handed a catalog. If this is how they treat customers with confirmed appointments, their level of professionalism falls completely short of the luxury brand experience they claim to represent. Very disappointing. Thank you for the reply, but let's be honest about what is really going on. Making a client wait 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment, only to hand them a catalog and grant them the so-called 'privilege' of joining a waitlist, is exactly what is wrong with the luxury watch market today. This kind of arrogant behavior has become an absolute cancer in the entire industry. I have no interest in playing these games or discussing it further. You've already wasted enough of my time.

  I'd like to thank The 1916 Company for assisting me so much throughout my purchase for my birthday. Your Philadelphia Walnut St location was a wonderful experience. I'd like to specifically shout out Eddie Colon for walking me through the process and showing me all of the watches I was interested in. I have gone to other AD's and felt like they did not want to sell me anything or looked down upon me but that was the opposite case at The 1916 Company. The whole process start to finish was excellent and premium. I will return when if I am ever ready for a new timepiece or jewelery for my wife.

  I had an amazing experience at The 1916 Company purchasing my 2026 Blue Ombré Day-Date. From the very beginning, working with Lindsay (The Best)- felt different than what I expected walking into a place like that. She was incredibly respectful, patient, and easy to talk to, and I never once felt like I was just another customer. What really stood out to me was the effort she put in behind the scenes. You can tell when someone actually cares, and she made the whole process feel personal. Getting a piece like this isn’t just about the watch... it’s something you remember, and she made sure it was a positive experience from start to finish. After a short period of waiting for this allocation- receiving the call and picking up this watch meant even more knowing the level of care and genuine effort that went into making it happen. I’m truly grateful for how everything was handled and I’m looking forward to working with Lindsay again in the future. If you’re thinking about making a purchase, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Lindsay. She goes above and beyond, and will provide a genuine, helpful, and most importantly- meaningful experience.
