Came here to replace a pair of sunglasses bought on their online store that was bent at the rim, but was lied to about only being able to replace or return them online. Both the service staff and the manager didn't even bother asking to check the glasses which had an obvious bent until I asked them to, and I had video evidence of my unboxing with my receipt. Instead they spent 15mins trying to convince me that I could not get a replacement nor a refund here even though I showed them the online policy. It's no wonder the store is empty most of the time. Go somewhere else with better service.
