  I visited to do an online return but as I was shopping around the store I seen sunglasses I wanted which were locked up. I asked guy at register and he said he would get someone to unlock. After waiting 5-10 minutes I went to another associate and they informed the person who has the key to unlock the case is on break. Keep in mind the store opens at 10AM, why would someone be on break at 10:15am and the store literally just opened LOL need better customer service as they just missed out on a purchase

  Didn't look at the whole store, but the shoe selection was pretty good and I found a pair that worked well for what I needed. I even put them on in the store right after buying them.

  I stopped by today to return one of the three pairs of boots that I had bought online. These boots were delivered yesterday afternoon to my package room and I had picked them up this afternoon, tried them on at home, and wanted to return one of the pairs of boots. Korvelle, the cashier, accused me of wearing one of the boots outside. This is not only logistically impossible with the timing of having them delivered, but I have never been accused of wearing nor have worn anything outside of the house prior to returning. She didn’t even ask me or phrase it as a question, but tried to blatantly accuse me of it telling me I can’t return the boots due to outside wear when I hadn’t even worn them outside of my living room for five minutes to try on for fit. I have to say as a long time Nordstrom customer for over 15 years, I was extremely disappointed in this hostile treatment. The boots were not in perfect condition upon arrival, but I returned them in the exact same condition as received earlier this afternoon including with all tags, shoe bags, and labels on the sole of the shoes. I am deeply disappointed and will think twice before shopping at Nordstrom Rack based on this incredibly rude treatment and poor customer service.
