I often have a hard time with my personal style and give up on finding new clothes but the employee Ella helped me the entire time. She was kind and enthusiastic, and helped me pick out pieces that made me feel confident! I will be coming here again !!

When I walked in I explained exactly what I was looking for and the first pair of jeans Kel picked up for me to try on were perfect! The cashier Ella was also exceptionally kind and while I don’t live in Philly I will return to a Madewell based on their hospitality!

Kell in particular helped me try on half the store’s jeans to find the perfect fit and then helped me pin them for hemming. The staff at this location are phenomenal and an asset the brand.
