  I have come in on multiple occasions and had Kel as my stylist/assistant (not sure of the actual title). They are so amazing. I loved how personable and friendly they are, and I really enjoyed how many questions they asked about my own style while helping me find pieces that would work with what I already have and was looking for. While trying on the clothes I also appreciated the honest feedback on items and how they prioritized “feeling good and confident” in an item rather than “oh well maybe it would work this one way”. I hope every time I come in the future they are working.

  I went to this store for the first time in person and had the best experience. From the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming. I often have a hard time with my personal style and give up on finding new clothes but the employee Ella helped me the entire time. She was kind and enthusiastic, and helped me pick out pieces that made me feel confident! I will be coming here again !!

  The team at this location were fantastic! When I walked in I explained exactly what I was looking for and the first pair of jeans Kel picked up for me to try on were perfect! The cashier Ella was also exceptionally kind and while I don’t live in Philly I will return to a Madewell based on their hospitality!

  Customer service here is incredible. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Kell in particular helped me try on half the store’s jeans to find the perfect fit and then helped me pin them for hemming. The staff at this location are phenomenal and an asset the brand. Thank you!!

  I really appreciated the help and attentiveness the staffer named Noel showed my husband and I. She was juggling helping multiple guests and still went above and beyond answering my questions and helping me find items. Overall I left the store feeling disappointed in the lack of plus size clothes to try on. I was told the store only carries clothing up to size 14, but that they do have plus sized denim . The only item I was interested in trying on I was told they made up to a size 33 (16). It amazes me that a store as successful as Madewell isn’t more size inclusive. The lack of size inclusivity has made me not want to purchase from Madewell again.
