  This location seriously has the worst stock and variety. They have so much space but seems like they don’t get any of the new/seasonal stuff.

  This is the worst lululemon store I’ve ever been to. The manager was extremely condescending, rude, and impolite. I ordered 34W 34L pants but received the wrong size. I understand that I made a mistake by losing the tag and that the policy may prevent a return, but I expected basic courtesy and acknowledgment of the mistake, especially as a long time lululemon customer. Very disappointing customer service.

  Very frustrating experience. I ordered an item online and called customer service because the store was showing as temporarily closed. My order was cancelled, but then the store called me saying it was ready for pickup. I explained that it had been cancelled and asked multiple times if I could still pick it up, and I was repeatedly told yes. I drove 20 minutes to the store and spent another 30 minutes looking for parking, only to be told by the same person that the order was cancelled and I couldn’t get the item. I specifically called beforehand to avoid wasting a trip, so this was extremely frustrating and completely avoidable. Better communication between customer service and the store is definitely needed.
