Fortunately, we discovered the Framebridge store on 18th st. The staff [Emily, Stephen, Xavion] are helpful and very knowledgeable, so their suggestions have generally been right on the mark. The special tech they use that allows us to see what the finished frame will like [on the iPad] is truly a game changer for framing. While there have been some hiccups on the "backstage" end -- and these are being addressed -- we are very happy with Framebridge, which is easily the best framing experience we've had in decades.

They’ve taken the time with me each time I’ve framed something and also understood when I had to iterate on the frames to make sure we got it right.
