  Ashley B. provided excellent customer service! She was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She took her time to make sure everything was handled properly, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. This is a great place to get uniforms, and everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional.

  Very uncomfortable experience. We came in to buy school uniforms for my niece and nephew. While they were trying on different sizes, I believe I heard one of the employees quietly say “skinny.” Shortly after that, the two employees kept whispering to each other and giggling, and at times were openly laughing right in front of us. I asked, “What’s so funny?” One of them apologized and said it was nothing, but they continued laughing afterward. At that point, we felt uncomfortable and decided not to purchase anything and left. Regardless of what they were laughing about, this was extremely unprofessional behavior, especially while helping children with school uniforms. Very disappointing customer service.

  Great experience at Flynn O hara on frankford ave. I am a grandmother and haven’t had to shop for kids clothes in a very long time. Leah B made the process so easy and took the time to answer my questions throughly. When walking in, I was worried about the wait but she got us through so quickly and let us try on the clothes!!!! Thank you so much Leah!!!!!

  Mia was absolutely amazing! ❤️ From the moment we met her, she was the kindest, most loving, and sweetest person. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. She was so patient, helpful, and genuinely caring, and you could truly feel that she loves what she does. Mia was everything you could hope for when dealing with someone professional, compassionate, welcoming, and just an absolute sweetheart. We are so grateful for all her help and kindness. She truly made the experience so much better! 💕✨

  Today I had the pleasure of being helped by some wonderful young ladies. Ashley R, Natalie, Kiara, Ashley A, Khloe, and Thiana. While Natalie was the young lady who helped me get my children’s uniforms, all of these young ladies showed their ability to work as a team and the very welcoming energy all says a great deal about who they are to become in the future! Thank you ladies for sharing some of your stories and showing my 8-year-old daughter who greatness looks like. I’m very proud of you all and thank you for helping get the things I needed for my young one!
