    I needed to buy man suit, came to outlet at 7.54 pm, the door was closed. I asked employees to open the door because the outlet is working till 8pm and I need to buy suit but nobody cares about it. They did not open the door. Employees don’t care about customers in this outlet.

    The "Manager " named Roberto told me that he could not allow a return because the tags were in the bag and not attached to the jacket. I asked him if he could show me the return policy that says he could not do the return for me. We have the entire encounter on video and I am seriously considering posting the video for my 92,000 tiktok and 44,000 YouTube followers to show people how Express Management treats paying customers. Thanks very Much P.S. He's the guy who still wears a Mask by himself and 🤣🤣🤣 He's not miserable I'm sure🤣 he is the first invite when ur planning to hang out I'm sure 🤣🤣🤣
