  I ordered an arrangement for Father’s Day and opted to pick it up on Sunday, June 20, at 2pm. Shortly after placing the order, someone from the store called and said they’d be closed Sunday, despite the posted hours showing the store should be open. She asked if I wanted to pick up from another store that’s 4 miles away from my home (the original store is 2 miles away). I said I would pick it up Saturday at 2pm instead. On Saturday at 1:07pm, someone called saying they needed to close the store early and asked AGAIN if I wanted to pick up from a store that’s twice as far away. I asked what time they needed to close (because I was about to leave home to pick it up anyway) and she said she needed to send her employee to the hospital (Sure, Jan!). She said I could pick up from the other store or have them deliver it. I opted for delivery because I was annoyed at this point. She said they would deliver it but didn’t give me a timeframe. I said I’d be home all day so it didn’t matter. At 3:10pm, I received an email letting me know the arrangement was delivered. I never heard my doorbell ring. I went to get the arrangement and it was WARM to the touch and the chocolate on the fruit was melting! I have no idea how long it had been sitting on my porch before I received that email. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Edible Arrangements doesn’t have to worry about me buying another thing from them. This was so unprofessional and raggedy! Just terrible customer service and poor work ethic. I would’ve done better if I had tried to make the thing myself. These people ruined my Father’s Day gift because they didn’t want to work on the weekend. Just shameful!!! UPDATED TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER: I have zero interest in speaking with you or any of your employees for any reason. Yes, you offered to deliver my arrangement for free because you kept moving the goalpost and couldn’t/wouldn’t fulfill the original agreement. I had no problem picking it up on the day and time I originally selected. Adding that in your response as if YOU did ME a favor is exactly why I have no interest in speaking with you or any member of your team. You were paid. The transaction is closed. I will NEVER spend another dime in this store.

  I made an order to this store only for them to say they attempted to deliver and every single call to the store goes UNANSWERED!!!!!!!!!!! MY recipient was home in her yard the entire time and no one showed up so they flat out LIED! no emails answered nothing that's crazy!

  I’m not surprised at all the horrible reviews posted for this location! This location truly will NOT return a call. My order for Mother’s Day (2026) was delivered yesterday. The issue is that the order was left in the middle of my steps not far from bushes!! There is a BIG note on my door which advised to leave the delivery inside my storm door! My daughter advised that she also informed this location to leave my package inside the door because I was going to be out visiting my mother for the holiday. The box got wet from the rain and on top of that, when I got home and opened my door, it looked like a possum or rat was leaving my steps n heading towards the bushes, so I couldn’t even enjoy my sweet treats that my daughter purchased me. I called today and left several messages in hopes to get a replacement, but they will Not Return my call! This type of running a business is downright diabolical and unacceptable!!! However, they don’t care about their horrible business practices, as long as they continue to make money. FYI future customers, go to the location in Wynnnewood, on City Line Avenue; they return phone calls in less then 5 mins and will accommodate customers!!! In the meantime pray for this establishment regarding how they run business and treat the people who patronize them🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

  The strawberries i got were rotting the next day. These seems to have given be what had to be sold by the end of the day, the expired strawberries.
